
Terms and conditions of 18Challenge audience feedback and rating service
This feedback service is designed to provide open and independent feedback from the genuine audience of 18Challenge. The terms set out what audience can expect when submitting a review, and provide information on the policy of publishing reviews (good and bad). It also shows how the service is independently audited to ensure the reviews and ratings are genuine and can be trusted.

The audience feedback and rating service (Service) is hosted and operated by CanteenOne (the YouTube channel) and its owner, Dominic Tang.

Only audience who has watched at least one whole episode of 18Challenge is permitted to use the Service.

We are grateful to receive any feedback, positive or negative, as they may be useful for similar projects in the future.

Feedback is only allowed with regard to (a) contents; (b) editing skills; (c) music; (d) logo; (e) feelings about the district, and ; (f) other constructive and related elements.

Feedback with offensive language (e.g. profanity and discrimination) is not permitted.

Feedback must be lawful in accordance with Hong Kong and Australian laws because 18Challenge is Hong Kong-based and the producer is currently in Australia.

By submitting the information, the audience consents to their names, reviews, and rating being audited and published.

Although feedback is instantly published right after the submission, we reserve the rights to delete any items, as long as they have violated any rules stated above, without any notification.

We have the final decision-making right regarding any changing, adding, deleting, and using the information given.
